Who I Was Before Career Desire
Before I became a Career Coach and entrepreneur, I was simply a young girl with a dream of becoming a fashion designer. Building a business or helping people transform their careers was never part of my plan. Like many students, I was still trying to figure out where life would take me.
Until Class 10, I was a quiet and shy student who rarely stepped into the spotlight. As I moved into higher secondary school, I gradually became more confident by participating in different activities. Looking back, those experiences helped shape the person I would eventually become.
I pursued my Bachelor's degree in Commerce at a college where academics were the primary focus. Our days revolved around classes, assignments, weekly tests and examinations, with very little exposure to internships or the world. By the time I graduated, I had a degree but I still hadn't discovered my true calling.
The Challenges That Shaped Me
Like thousands of fresh graduates, I stepped into the job market with hope and determination. However, the transition wasn't easy. I faced repeated rejections, and during one interview process, my resume was criticized so harshly that it completely changed the way I looked at job searching.
Instead of allowing that experience to discourage me, I became curious. I started learning everything I could about resumes, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment, and what employers truly look for in candidates. The more I learned, the more I realized that many talented people were missing opportunities simply because they didn't know how to present themselves effectively.
That realization became the foundation of my journey. What began as a personal mission to improve my own career soon grew into a passion for helping others build theirs.Ultimately leading to the creation of Career Desire.

The Turning Point
After learning how the hiring process really works, I realized how much of a difference the right guidance can make. I improved my own resume, understood how recruiters evaluate candidates and successfully started my corporate career.
Along the way, I began helping friends and job seekers with their resumes. What started as a small favor soon became something much bigger.
Seeing people receive interview calls and job offers because of my guidance gave me a sense of purpose I had never experienced before.
That's when I understood that my passion wasn't just writing resumes.
It lwas helping people build successful careers. Every conversation with a job seeker reminded me that many talented individuals simply needed the right direction and confidence to unlock their potential.
That realization inspired me to build Career Desire.A platform dedicated to helping people make informed career decisions, present themselves with confidence, and achieve the careers they truly deserve.
Building Career Desire
Building Career Desire wasn't just about helping people find jobs. It was about learning how to build a business from the ground up. I started with no investment, no business background and no roadmap. Every step was a new lesson.
After leaving the security of my corporate career, I had to figure everything out on my own. From registering the company and opening a business bank account to building a website and understanding business operations, every milestone came with unexpected challenges.
There were documentation errors, verification issues, technical setbacks and moments when progress felt painfully slow. Even registering the company took more than a year.
At the same time, I was constantly learning and improving my skills. I wanted Career Desire to be more than a resume-writing service. I wanted it to become a trusted career development platform. That meant investing countless hours in learning, earning professional certifications and improving every process, even when the journey felt uncertain.
Looking back, I don't see these as failures. I see them as the experiences that shaped me into the career coach and entrepreneur I am today. Every obstacle taught me something valuable, and every lesson helped build Career Desire into what it is now.
